Four steps to a smarter delivery model

1. Define collection point

You set up a FP Trax Private Point at your site. This is simply a designated area, a reception desk, a secure room or a smart locker bank, where private parcels can be received on behalf of employees. No specialist infrastructure required.

2. Employees register

Employees register a personal FP Trax account. There, they find their company’s delivery address and their unique Trax ID, which they use when ordering from any online retailer. The carrier sees a standard delivery address. Nothing changes on their end.

3. Carriers deliver in bulk

Rather than driving to individual homes, carriers drop all employee parcels at the FP Trax Private Point in a single stop. The parcels are logged in FP Trax on arrival, linked to the right recipient.

4. Employees collect

Each employee receives a notification the moment their parcel arrives. A unique pickup code is generated. They collect from the TRAX Private Point before or after work, or during a break. No queuing. No detour. No second trip.
